When you join my Mom Strong wellness community, you will be surrounded by other women who will be there to hold you accountable to your goals through your workouts, healthier meals, healthy habits & so much more! Life gets crazy, and it can be SO hard to stay focused on your health goals, but with a community to keep you on track, it’s near impossible to fail!
So, how does it work exactly? Glad you asked! When you sign up, you immediately get access to my virtual community! Once in the community, you will be able to interact with everyone else - encourage, listen, ask questions… whatever you want to do!
You will get access to free workouts that you can do at your home or at the gym (whichever you prefer!). Nutrition programs that will help you take CONTROL of your nutrition. Hundreds of meals/recipes that are simple for you & your family of littles. Challenge trackers to keep your journey joyful but intentional. Mindset/habit building inspiration & live videos from me. And the cherry on top, a community of other women + moms who “get it” and will be there for you every step of the way!
Just be sure you SHOW UP and share your progress, whether through photos or words, because that’s what holds you accountable & ultimately helps you reach your goals!

Food is fuel and you need to be certain to fuel your body properly in order for it to run well! I will have resources for you in the community to tackle your nutrition right away. I’m a firm believer that learning to take control of and simply just learning ABOUT nutrition itself is a lifestyle change (rather than ‘just a diet’) which is why the resources I share with you in our community focuses on sustainability, habits, longevity & progress over perfection!
All resources are really about clean, wholesome eating, not following a specific menu verbatim or anything like that! (while yes, you’ll still get access to hundreds of recipes themselves, too!)

We are all in different phases of life and that is why I believe there is no right or wrong way to fitness and YOU get to decide what you want to follow when you join my community!
You can be following whatever kind of fitness you enjoy (whether it be BODi programs, peloton, YouTube, etc) AND you’ll also get access to free workouts that I will be/am creating for you! Just as long as you’re moving and taking care of YOU consistently and finding joy in the journey, that’s all that matters!
